The East Islip Soccer Club (EISC) proudly provides affordable soccer to the children of the East Islip, Islip, Islip Terrace and Great River communities. EISC is a non-profit organization that provides a quality soccer program to children from the ages of 3 1/2 to 18. EISC was founded in 1979 and has been serving our community for over 30 years by offering a wide variety of programs to suit the needs of all our players. Such programs include the U4-Clinic, intramural and developmental soccer all the way up to premier level soccer.

Our soccer program begins with the U4-Clinic where 3 and 4 year olds get their first introcuction into the world of soccer. No official games, this is just trying to get the child to follow some instruction, kick the ball around, meet other kids, have fun and begin learning about soccer and the team concept.

When the player becomes of age to play Intramural Soccer (U5-U8) they are now in the Intramural Program (Developmental Soccer). There is a 10 game schedule and no scores are kept. EISC offers professional training to all members of this age group at no extra cost. This training is conducted by Intense Soccer Academy (ISA) and is a vital component to player development. Please keep in mind that all players develop at a different pace.

Once the player reaches the U8 age group, more options become available for them to choose from. Those options basically deal with the committment level desired. A player can choose just to play intramural soccer or play intramural and sign-up for the Pre-Travel Program. The Pre-Travel Program was designed to work in conjunction with the Intramural Program to give those players interested in playing travel soccer a chance to get more training, games (extra 8 game schedule) and competition against other clubs. By the end of the Spring season the player will decide whether to continue in the Inter-town Program or try-out for a travel team. Try-outs are held yearly after the Spring season for every age group. Players not making a team at U9 are always welcome and encouraged to try-out in the future for whatever age group they pertain to.

At U9 we have our Inter-town and Travel Programs. The Inter-town program is designed to provide a quality soccer program to players that love the game of soccer without having to make the commitment that travel soccer requires. This program allows players to enjoy the game of soccer and compete against other clubs within Suffolk County. This program continues to offer free professional training to field players and also conducts specialized goalkeepr training. The Travel Program has been very successful over the years and is highly respected among nationally accredited soccer programs. We here at EISC take great pride in our travel program and thus provide board oversight from tryouts and team selection to player development. Travel teams are coached either professionaly or by an experienced parent that has demonstrated the knowledge, experience and desire to manage and coach a travel team. EISC is a quality travel program that has continued to grow for over 30 years.

EISC offers two week long summer camps and off-season programs to keep players involved all year round.

EISC offers a program designed specifically for children on the Autism spectrum to promote an interest in soccer.  This program (Just for Kicks) will provide the children (ages 5 to 14) with the opportunity to learn basic soccer skills while building self esteem and having fun. The success of this program is greatly due to the many adults and club players volunteer their time, skills and efforts to working with this special group of players.
