How to complete the RISK MANAGEMENT requirement for Coaches:

1) Go to Eastern New York Youth Soccer website - Risk Management link by clicking here.

2) Click on Long Island (LIJSL)

3) Login and register (Pay $15 Fee)

4) Once you are approved, print out 2 copies of the approval notice

5) Give 1 copy to the Director of Safety, Frank Wolf, safety@eastislipsoccer.com

6) Keep a copy for your own records

7) Forward the e-mail receipt to intramural.registrar@eastislipsoccer.com for your $15 re-imbursement

9) Approval is for 2 years and then must be renewed in order for you to continue coaching.
