How to complete the RISK MANAGEMENT requirement for Coaches:

1) Go to Eastern New York Youth Soccer website - Risk Management link by clicking here.

2) Click on Long Island (LIJSL)

3) Login and register

4) Once you are approved, print out 3 copies of the approval notice

5) Give 1 copy to the Director of Safety, Frank Wolf, safety@eastislipsoccer.com

6) Keep a copy for your own records

7) Keep an extra copy to use when you register your child for the new soccer season

8) There is a $15.00 fee for this. Once paid, Coaches may deduct that fee from the cost of their child’s registration for the next season by turning in that extra copy with their registration.

9) Approval is for 2 years and then must be renewed in order for you to continue coaching.

1. Pay in full - After you have completed your transaction you can pay the full amount when you check out. Then just e-mail the Risk Management receipt to the Intramural Registrar. You will then receive your $15 refund back to your credit card within 5 business days.

2. Make a payment - This will allow you to just make a deposit on your registration. Then just e-mail the Risk Management receipt to the Intramural Registrar. We will then adjust your balance by the time you make your final payment.
