Yes you can. Though we encourage everyone to register on-line, we understand that not everyone can do so. For this reason we hold a 1 day registration at Soccer Sticks in East Islip before the season begins. This is the only time we will accept checks during the registration process. Credit card payments will be accepted as well.
Why am I being charged a service fee at checkout?
The East Islip Soccer Club is an organization which is run solely by its volunteers. On that note, we ask that each registered family donate at least two (2) hours per season to help with field maintenance, parking, concession, coaching and several other duties that come up throughout the season. These two hours can be served at once or can be split up as needed. We have implemented a $20 Service Fee to each family that registers. Does the club still offer the 4th child free registration?
Yes. When you register you will be assessed a registration fee for each player. Provided all of your players are in the U-4, Intramural or Inter-town programs the discount will now be calculated automatically. If any of your children play Travel then we will have to do the discount manually. Just contact the Intramural Registrar. The discount will apply to the youngest player. You must register this player last for it to calculate correctly.
I entered my child’s birth date incorrectly, how can I fix this?
Please e-mail the correct birth date to the Intramural Registrar and we will make the correction. Due to the possibility of changes being made after a child is already placed on a team, we must enter birth date changes through the admin mode to avoid conflicts.
How can I find out what team my child is on?
Teams will be formed three weeks before the season begins. Once the teams are formed, there will be a coaches meeting and the coaches will receive their rosters. We inform the coaches to make notifications within the next 3 days of this meeting. If you are not contacted within that time frame you can log back into the on-line registration system and view what team your child is on along with the coaches contact information.
If I make a deposit, how do I make a payment and when is it due?
To make a payment, just log back into the on-line registration system, then use the e-mail you used to register and the password that was given to you on your receipt. You will be able to make two subsequent payments after the initial deposit or you can pay the balance in full, it’s up to you. The balance must be paid in full by September 4th.
If I’m a Coach, how do I recoup the Risk Management fee?
Procedure during the on-line registration process:
At the check-out screen make one of these two selections:
Pay in full - After you have completed your transaction you can pay the full amount when you check out. Then just e-mail the Risk Management receipt to the intramural.registrar@eastislipsoccer.com. You will then receive your $15 refund back to your credit card within 5 business days. OR
Make a payment - This will allow you to just make a deposit on your registration. Then just e-mail the Risk Management receipt to the intramural.registrar@eastislipsoccer.com. We will then adjust your balance by the time you make your final payment.
